Our organic clover honey is collected from remote hives across South Canterbury - from the Rangitata and Mesopotamia and to the Waihaorunga. All honey is extracted and packaged in our honey shed by the sea on Scarborough Road just south of Timaru.

Each batch is unique due to the location of the hives and season.

 

Please store in a cool dark place, or a warmer spot in winter.

During the winter months due to the honey being unpasteurised it will crystallised. Dont panic, the honey is still edible! Just sit the pottle in a bowl of hot water and it will come back to liquid form.

Honey is not suitable for infants under 12 months
